Job Description:

• The primary responsibility of the candidate would be to head the entire system (admin panel, web portal, android and ios apps) ensuring that the system is always LIVE and without any slag or downtimes.
• The candidate is required to have complete knowledge of all the IT Products & Services which are required to maintain and run the entire system. He would be required to work and coordinate closely with all the third-party vendors (eg: server provider, domain provider, etc.) to ensure that the system functions properly without any delays.
• Helping with the design and development of software and designing user interactions on the web application itself and Understanding of MVC design patterns.
• Testing and debugging software to keep it optimised and Testing and maintaining the responsive design of applications and Ensuring cross-platform compatibility and optimization.
• Creating servers and databases for the back end of the software and Developing APIs and RESTful services and Writing clean code for the front and back end of the software and Considering security, maintenance, scalability, and more when developing.
• Communicating effectiveness of emerging technologies to decision makers and participating in continuing education and training to remain current on best practices, learn new programming languages, and better assist other team members and providing internal support and external customer service throughout the build and launch process of the website and help in onboarding the new users after the launch.

Required Skill Sets:

• "Excellent knowledge of front-end development web programming languages including HTML 5, CSS, JavaScript. Any other related language will be an added advantage.
• Strong knowledge of PHP web frameworks {such as Laravel, Yii, etc depending on your technology stack}
• Familiarity with MySQL databases."
• Proficiency in graphic design software including Adobe Photoshop, Adobe Illustrator and other visual design tools.
• Experience in planning and developing websites across multiple products and organizations.
• Good understanding of UX/UI (user experience/user interface) design, content management systems, search engine optimization principles.
• Proficient understanding of cross-browser compatibility issues, content management systems, including WordPress and Drupal, web development cycle and programming techniques and tools.

Job Description:

• This role is primarily focused on business development, in which the candidate must meet targets of onboarding banks (from all over the world) to the platform.
• As a result of being onboarded, the candidate must remain engaged with the banks to encourage them to keep using the portal on a daily basis by posting their own transactions and making offers on other users' transactions.
• Maintaining relationships with existing banks and adding new banks to the platform continuously.

• Keeping the users informed of all the new transactions that are posted on the portal and any other developments on a daily basis.
• Developing & maintaining strong working relationships with various potential channel partners like Bankers, Consultants, Accountants, Lawyers, Advisors, Associations, Forums, Agents.
• Keep up to date with the latest developments in the Trade Finance sector by attending various conferences, trainings, meetings, etc. when needed.

Required Skill Sets:

• Working with the FI departments of other banks would have been an asset.
• Should have a strong network and working relationship with the FI / FIG / ID Department of Banks across Asia, Europe and Africa.
• Must have a good understanding of FI products and regional and international market dynamics.
• Sound Trade Products knowledge with ability to package simple and complex Trade transactions.
• Ability to make quick decisions as needed, interact and negotiate with banks and corporates at senior level.

• This role is primarily focused on business development and sales, in which the candidate must meet monthly and quarterly targets for onboarding corporates (from all over the world) to the platform.
• As a result of being onboarded, the candidate must remain engaged with the corporates to encourage them to keep using the portal on a daily basis by posting their own transactions.
• Maintaining relationships with existing corporate clients and adding new clients to the platform continuously.
• Keeping the users informed of all the new transactions that are posted on the portal and any other developments on a daily basis.
• Developing & maintaining strong working relationships with various potential channel partners like Corporates, Consultants, Accountants, Lawyers, Advisors, Associations, Forums, Agents.
• Keep up to date with the latest developments in the Trade Finance sector by attending various conferences, trainings, meetings, etc. when needed.

Required Skill Sets:

• Must have extensive experience working with traders and corporations involved in international trade
• Should have a strong network and working relationship with Traders & Corporates across Asia, Europe and Africa.

Job Description:

• Plans and executes all web, SEO/SEM, database marketing, email, social media and display advertising campaigns.
• Designs, builds, and maintains our social media presence.
• Measures and reports performance of all digital marketing campaigns and assess against goals (ROI and KPIs).
• Brainstorms new and creative growth strategies through digital marketing.
• Collaborates with internal teams to create landing pages and optimize user experience.
• Utilizes strong analytical ability to evaluate end-to-end customer experience across multiple channels and customer touch points.

Required Skill Sets:

• Identify trends and insights. Track the website traffic flow.
• Work with various content formats such as blogs, videos, audio podcasts, etc.
• Making calls to users to onboard them and providing customer support to existing users.

• Stay up-to-date with digital media developments and must be highly creative with experience in identifying target audiences and devising digital campaigns that engage, inform and motivate.
• Working knowledge and experience of Photoshop, Final Cut Pro, Premiere Pro, Audacity or other media editing software. Knowledge of animation is a plus.
